  • 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
  • tsp butter for crepe pan
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Grease your pan with butter or olive oil. 
    Lightly brush the non-stick frying pan with room temperature butter or olive oil. Heat the pan with butter or oil over medium heat.
  • Assemble the tortilla, hotdogs, and cheese in the pan. 
    Lay the tortilla flat on the pan and put the sliced hotdogs and shredded mozzarella cheese in the middle.
  • Fold in the edges of the tortilla.
    Use egg wash to fold the edges of the tortilla until you form a square tortilla. Brush the egg wash over the edges and press them with the turner to seal them in. 
  • Pour the egg into the tortilla.
