  1. Peel the cassava with a knife.
  2. Rinse the cassava.
  3. Grate or mill the contents. 
  4. Then, spread the pulp in a container.
  5. Leave to ferment at room temperature for up to two days. 
  6. De-water the pulp in a nutmilk bag or cheesecloth for another two days.
  7. Press the pulp against a sieve to remove lumps.
  8. Fry the pulp over medium heat for about 30 minutes. 
  9. Grind the pulp in a blender, food processor, or miller until powdery. 
  10. Store the garri powder in a jar

Roasting peanuts

There are ready-to-use unsalted roasted peanuts in grocery stores. You can also make it at home, and one of the best ways to do it is with an air fryer.
