Here’s how you can make your Peanut Butter Granola at home:

  3. Heat the mixture until warm and runny.
  4. Add peanut nut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  5. Then, mix everything together. 
  6. Stir in the rolled oats with a spatula
  7. Spread the granola mixture in a lined air fryer basket or tray.
  8. Air fry or bake the granola at 150ºC for ten minutes.
  9. Mix slightly (without breaking the clusters, if preferred).
  10. Air fry for five more minutes. 
  11. Set aside to cool and crisp.
  12. Once happy with the flavor and texture, serve and enjoy!
