Ingredients

When it comes to the Noodles and Egg Stir Fry recipe, you can never go wrong with these ingredients:

Instant noodles

You can’t say no to noodles, can you?

In Asia, noodles have become a staple food in many countries such as China, Indonesia, and Korea. Making noodles is all about rolling, flattening, and cutting unleavened dough into long and thin strips.

You usually cook the noodles in water, but you can also stir fry or deep fry them. While they are usually served with soups or sauces, these taste exceedingly delicious with eggs.

It’s also easy to store for long-term use, so you can have these whenever you want, especially when you want to cook a quick meal. Aside from the recipes you can do with noodles, they also have lots of health benefits.

Health Benefits of Noodles

There are many ways to add eggs to noodles, but in this recipe, they are fried together for a well-combined meal. You will realize why they make a good pair with the noodles. Aside from their flavors, eggs are also good for you.

Health Benefits of Eggs

  • Eggs are known to be rich in protein, which is great for your muscles and bones.
  • Australian Eggs also mentioned that eggs can make you feel full for weight loss.
  • These have nutrients to boost your brain function and heart health!

If you like eggs, then you should definitely try other egg dishes such as Nigerian Egg Rolls, Fried Eggs, and Scotch Eggs. I always have eggs in stock for my kids’ favorite egg dishes. What’s your favorite egg recipe?

Hot dog.

Make the Noodles and Egg Stir Fry extra special with some hot dogs.

With hot dogs, the dish will surely have a meaty, savory, and smoky flavor. These will complement the eggs for a filling and satisfying meal. Even the texture pairs well with the noodles and eggs!

If you have leftover hotdogs, you can use them for Sausage Rolls, Bread Pizza, and Egg Mayo Sandwich to go with your noodles!

Spring onions

Upgrade the dish with aromatic and tasty spring onions!

For the garnish, I suggest using spring onions because of how fragrant they will smell. These also add more color to the dish to make it more appetizing. Every bite tastes so much better with these spring onions.

The spring onions will add a sweet, pungent, and robust flavor to the recipe. These truly give the recipe a touch of Asian cuisine.

Aside from spring onions, you can also use garlic as an aromatic. It has a rich and buttery flavor to go with the eggs. Once mixed in the noodles, it will also add a great aroma.

Garlic is certainly one of the best spices you can use for your stir-fry recipes!

Seasonings

Aside from the instant noodles’ seasoning, you can add chili powder or other herbs and spices. The secret to the best-tasting noodles is a well-seasoned sauce, so make your sauce count!

Coconut oil

Whenever I stir fry, I use coconut oil because of the flavor and aroma that it adds to dishes. It’s a healthy and natural oil that can also be good for high-heat cooking. You can also use other kinds of oil to stir fry.
