  3. Place a pot over medium heat and add the instant noodles and enough water to cook.
  4. Let them simmer for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until half-cooked. 
  5. Once half-cooked, drain the noodles with a fine-mesh sieve and set them aside. 
  6. In a small bowl, combine the instant noodles’ seasonings and dissolve them in some water.
  7. Mix them until well combined and set aside. 
  8. For a minute, stir the garlic, spring onion, and hotdog in a frying pan over medium fire. Scrape the ingredients to one side of the wok. 
  9. On the other side of the frying pan, pour more coconut oil and break two eggs directly over the coconut oil.
  10. Stir gently to break the yolk to make scrambled eggs. 
  11. Then, add the half-cooked noodles and mix them.
  12. Pour in the dissolved seasoning and stir-fry the ingredients with a spatula for another minute.  
  13. Transfer into a bowl and serve!

Ingredients
  

For egg stir-fried noodles

  • 250 g Indomie instant noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 2 egg
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil)
  • 1 smoked chicken hotdog (chopped)

For sauce

  • 1 sachet seasoning powder
  • 1 seasoning oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp hot or warm water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the added ingredients.
    First, finely chop the spring onion and garlic. Then, slice the cooked hotdog into pieces. Transfer them into separate bowls and set them aside.
  • Half-cook the noodles.
    Place a pot over medium heat and add the instant stove and water that’s enough for the instant noodles to cook. Let the noodles simmer for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until half-cooked.
    Once half-cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside.
  • Prepare the instant noodles seasonings.
    In a small bowl, combine the instant noodles seasonings and dissolve them in some water. Mix them together until well combined and set aside.
  • Stir-fry all of the ingredients together.
    Place a wok over medium heat and put in the coconut oil to melt. Sautee the garlic, spring onion, and hotdog. Stir-fry them for a minute. Scrape the ingredients to one side of the wok.
    On the other side of the wok, pour a bit more coconut oil and break 2 eggs directly over coconut oil. Stir gently to break the yolk to make scrambled eggs.
    Then, add the half-cooked noodles and mix them together. Pour in the dissolved seasoning and stir-fry all of the ingredients for another minute. You can also add chili powder or other seasonings of your choice.
    Transfer into a bowl and serve!
