For egg stir-fried noodles
- 250 g Indomie instant noodles (chicken flavor)
- 2 egg
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (or any oil)
- 1 smoked chicken hotdog (chopped)
For sauce
- 1 sachet seasoning powder
- 1 seasoning oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp hot or warm water
Finely chop the spring onion and garlic with a knife.
Slice the cooked hotdog into pieces.
Heat a pot over medium fire.
Then, add the noodles and water.
Let them simmer until half-cooked.
Drain the noodles with a sieve and set them aside.
In a small bowl, mix the instant noodles' seasonings and dissolve them in water.
Heat a frying pan over medium fire.
Saute the garlic, spring onion, and hot dog and put them on the side.
Pour coconut oil on the other side.
Cook the eggs while stirring.
Then, add the half-cooked noodles and mix them.
Pour in the seasoning mix.
Stir-fry the ingredients with a spatula for another minute.
Transfer into a bowl and serve!
- Remember that this is not suitable for babies.
- Consume instant noodles once a week and use substitutes as well.
- Pre-cook the noodles before stir-frying for the best results.
