  6. Pour the contents into a colander to drain. 
  7. Set the liquid aside. 
  8. Put the drained peppers back into the blender with the onion. 
  9. Blend until smooth. 
  10. Peel and slice the other half of the onion.
  11. Heat palm oil in a pot over medium fire. 
  12. Then, fry the sliced onion in the oil. 
  13. Pour in the pepper sauce and cook for a minute.
  14. Add the crushed chilies.
  15. Stir the contents with a spatula.
  16. Partially cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. 
  17. Then, stir the sauce occasionally. 
  18. Season the sauce with salt and chicken stock cubes.
  19. Cook on low heat for another 20 minutes. 
  20. Once the sauce darkens, add the pepper seeds. 
  21. Cook for another five minutes while stirring.
  22. It’s ready to serve!

  1. Remove the shells and stones from the beans. 
  2. Rinse the beans until the water is clear.
  3. Transfer the beans to a pot or pressure cooker.
  4. Pour in hot water to cover the beans.
  5. Cook the beans over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Season the beans with salt. 
  7. Then, add a bit of water. 
  8. Leave it to cook until soft. 
  9. Mash the beans with a masher
  10. Stir and mash the contents with a wooden spoon.
  11. Once you are happy with the consistency, give it a taste!

  1. Peel the yam with a knife.
  2. Slice it into small diagonal slices. 
  3. Soak the yam slices in water to rinse.

Instructions
 

Pepper sauce

  • Rinse, chop, and deseed the bell peppers and sweet peppers.
