  • ½ cup mackerel liquid stock
  • 1 cup assorted meat liquid stock
  • 2 pieces turkey (smoked, and chopped)
  • 6 pieces assorted meat (chopped 1 cow foot, 2 beef, 1 imu eran, and 2 tripe)
  • ½ tbsp locust beans
  • ¼ mackerel chunks (seasoned and boiled or smoked)
  • 1 stock cubes
