  2. Rinse and soak the yam slices. 
  3. Use a knife to chop the yams into smaller pieces under the water. 
  4. Then, parboil them in hot water for five minutes. 
  5. Drain the water using a sieve
  6. Place the slices in a preheated dehydrator
  7. Dehydrate them for 14 hours at 70°C.
  8. Once dried, mill the yams in a food processor or miller until powdered.

Note: You can also dehydrate the yams under the sun for a few days. Instead of a food processor, use a mortar and pestle to powderize.
