Ingredients

  • 3 taro (large-sized)
  • ½ pinch sea salt (optional)
  • Oil (enough to deep fry)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-low fire.
  • Peel the taro with a knife.
  • Use a vegetable slicer to thinly slice the taro.
  • Then, season it with salt.
  • Deep fry until crispy and crunchy.
  • Transfer to a lined tray and allow to cool.
  • Serve it with your favorite dip for a wonderful experience!

  • Buy a taro that feels firm to the touch. 
  • Slice the taro as thinly as you can. 
  • Wait for the oil to heat up before frying.
