- 500 g chicken breast
- 600 g spaghetti (cooked)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 red onion (small-sized)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- ¼ red bell pepper (diced)
- ¼ yellow pepper (diced)
- ¼ green pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp scotch bonnet (optional)
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium fire.
Sautee the onions for two minutes.
Add the diced chicken breast, sea salt, curry powder, mixed herbs, knorr cubes, chives, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, and scotch bonnet.
Use a spatula to stir everything together.
Fry everything for five minutes with occasional stirring.
Then, add the tomatoes.
Cook for five minutes until the tomatoes become soft.
Stir in the bell peppers and let them simmer for two minutes.
Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce to combine.
Once happy with the flavor, serve it on a plate!
