Spaghetti in Chicken Breast Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 600 g spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 red onion (small-sized)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • ¼ red bell pepper (diced)
  • ¼ yellow pepper (diced)
  • ¼ green pepper (diced)
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp scotch bonnet (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium fire.
  • Sautee the onions for two minutes.
  • Add the diced chicken breast, sea salt, curry powder, mixed herbs, knorr cubes, chives, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, ginger powder, and scotch bonnet.
  • Use a spatula to stir everything together.
  • Fry everything for five minutes with occasional stirring.
  • Then, add the tomatoes.
  • Cook for five minutes until the tomatoes become soft.
  • Stir in the bell peppers and let them simmer for two minutes. 
  • Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce to combine.
  • Once happy with the flavor, serve it on a plate!
