  • Prepare the sausage mixture.
    Remove the casing of the sausages. Season it with mixed herbs, garlic powder, nutmeg, all-purpose seasoning, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and chopped spring onion.

  • Wrap the eggs.
    Boil eggs depending on the doneness you prefer. Roll them on a napkin to dry. Place chicken sausage mixture on a flat surface with cling film. Fold the cling film and flatten the mixture.

  • Place an egg in the middle and gently wrap the chicken sausage mixture around the egg. Ensure that the whole egg is covered. Mold it with your hands. Remove the cling film.

  • Coat the eggs.
    Prepare a whisked egg, bread crumbs, and flour in separate bowls. Coat the egg in flour, dip it in the whisked egg, and coat it with bread crumbs.

  • Deep fry the eggs.
    Deep fry the eggs over medium heat and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Turn the egg over at regular intervals. Once cooked, transfer to a lined plate and serve!
