Ramen Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 70 g Instant Indomie noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 300 g boneless turkey (diced)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (small-sized. diced) in total
  • scotch bonnet (finely chopped) optional
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (in total)
  • 2 knorr chicken stock cube (optional)
  • ½ tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • cups water

Instructions

  • Sautee the garlic and onion in a pot.
  • Season them with mixed herbs, sea salt, and a chicken stock cube.
  • Add half of the turkey and fry until slightly brown.
  • Cook the other half of the turkey.
  • Then, add the garlic and onion.
  • Season everything with mixed herbs and a stock cube.
  • Pour in the water.
  • Cook the soup for ten minutes or until tender.
  • Toss in the scotch bonnet and carrot.
  • Let the veggies cook for a minute.
  • Add in the noodles and let the soup simmer for two minutes.
  • Use a spatula to separate and spread the noodles.
  • Simmer the soup for a minute.
  • Once happy with the flavor, serve and enjoy!

  • You can use other meat options, vegetables, and toppings, as long as you add everything in moderation.
