- 1 plantain (ripe) the riper, the sweeter
- 1 cup water (for steaming)
Heat water in a pot.
Peel and slice the plantain with a knife.
Put the steaming basket in the pot.
Then, steam the plantains over low heat for about seven minutes.
Once cooked, set it aside and allow it to cool.
Put the plantains in a blender.
Add water or breast milk if preferred.
Blend the contents until smooth and runny.
Transfer the contents into a baby bowl to serve!
