Ingredients

  • ½ papaya

Instructions

  • Peel the papaya using a knife.
  • Cut it in half lengthwise.
  • Scrape off the seeds with a spoon.
  • Slice the papaya into small pieces.
  • Boil water in a pot.
  • Place the steaming basket inside.
  • Steam half of the papaya for two minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Puree it in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the baby food into a baby bowl to feed your baby!
