Roast the peanuts.

  • Evenly spread the peanuts on a baking tray.
  • Roast them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  • Stir the peanuts and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.

Peel them.

  • Once cooled at room temperature, peel the peanuts between your palms.
  • Place the tray in a clean, open space to separate the skin from the peanuts.
  • Use a blow dryer to puff the skin to the side.
