Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple (large-sized)

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit.
    Rinse the pineapple.
    Twist off the top to remove.
    Use a knife to cut it into vertical quarters and peel them.
  • Grate to juice.
    Grate the slices in a grater over a glass bowl.
    Filter contents using a fine-mesh sieve and press the juices out with a spatula.
    Put the pulp in a nutmilk bag and manually squeeze out more juice.
    Set the pulp aside and pour the juice into a glass to serve!
