  • 1 mango (ripe)

Instructions

  • Prepare the mango.
    Rinse the mango and peel it with a knife or a peeler. Slice off the halves, separating them from the pit. Then, chop the mango into cubes for faster cooking.
  • Boil.
    Bring water to a boil and place the steaming basket inside. Put the mango slices in the basket and let them cook for about five minutes or until tender.
  • Puree.
    Transfer the contents into a blender or a food processor and puree. Finally, let the puree cool at room temperature before feeding it to your baby!
