Homemade Fruit Popsicles (VIDEO)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 cup apple juice

Instructions

  • Use a knife to peel and chop the banana.
  • Slice the strawberries into half.
  • Add the banana and strawberry slices to the blender.
  • Pour in the apple juice.
  • Blend the contents on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze them for at least five hours or overnight.
  • Place the popsicle molds in warm water for ten seconds to easily slide out the popsicle.

  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, then you can use ice cream molds, ramekins, cups, small baking tins, silicone ice cube trays, yogurt containers, and more.
  • Add cornstarch to your popsicle mixture to prevent an icy texture. 
  • Use sweeteners to improve the flavor of your popsicles.
