Ingredients

  • 2 cups garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the garlic.
    Pound it or slice off the ends to easily peel.
  • Puree the garlic.
    Use a blender or food processor to conver the garlic into a paste.
  • Blend it until smooth.
    Add olive oil if preferred.
  • Transfer into a jar.
    Refrigerate it for longer shelf life.

  1. In case you don’t have an oven, you can mince the garlic instead.
  2. Combine it with salt and oil for flavor and extended shelf life.
  3. Alternatively, you can store it as peeled or minced as well.
  4. In fact, the powder form can easily be made at home.
