  • Peel the garlic using a knife.
  • Blend them in a blender or food processor until coarse.
  • Then, add garlic paste to a jar.
  • Pour in sunflower oil or other oil of your choice.
  • Cover and shake the jar until well-infused.
  • Transfer the contents into a bottle to store!
