Ingredients

Instructions

  • Beat two eggs and one egg in separate bowls with a whisk.
  • Season them with all-purpose seasoning.
  • Melt the salted butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium fire.
  • Evenly spread the butter on the pan with a silicone brush.
  • Pour the two-egg mixture into the pan.
  • Swirl the eggs around to cover the entire pan.
  • Put two slices of white bread on top of the eggs.
  • Once the eggs are half-cooked, use a turner to flip them over.
  • Use the turner and a spatula to fold the eggs toward the inside of the bread.
  • Put boiled mackerel and grated cheddar cheese on top of one piece of bread.
  • Gently flip the egg without the filling towards the bread with the filling to make a sandwich.
  • Brush the sides of the bread with the egg wash using a silicone brush.
  • Carefully turn over the toast on its edges to allow them to cook as well.
  • Once happy with the doneness, remove it from the heat and enjoy every bite of your Egg Omelet Toast!

Notes

  • Don’t flatten the bread to keep the filling intact and to allow the cheese to melt naturally.
  • Cook the toast over medium heat for the right level of doneness.
  • Do not oversoak the bread in egg wash for a crispy crust.
