Spaghetti sauce
Prepare the tomatoes, red bell pepper, sweet pepper, scotch bonnet, and red onion with a knife.
Use a blender to make the spaghetti sauce.
Chicken
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Saute the red onion and chicken breast.
Season it with salt, mixed herbs, parsley, basil, garlic powder, ginger powder, curry powder, and chicken stock cubes.
Let it cook for five minutes while stirring with a spatula.
One-Pot Spaghetti
Mix the spaghetti sauce with the chicken.
Cook for another ten minutes.
Taste the sauce and season as needed.
Then, submerge the spaghetti in the sauce.
Cook on low heat for five minutes.
Add spinach or other toppings of your choice.
Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
