Spaghetti sauce

  • Prepare the tomatoes, red bell pepper, sweet pepper, scotch bonnet, and red onion with a knife.
  • Use a blender to make the spaghetti sauce.

Chicken

  • Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Saute the red onion and chicken breast.
  • Season it with salt, mixed herbs, parsley, basil, garlic powder, ginger powder, curry powder, and chicken stock cubes.
  • Let it cook for five minutes while stirring with a spatula.

One-Pot Spaghetti

  • Mix the spaghetti sauce with the chicken.
  • Cook for another ten minutes.
  • Taste the sauce and season as needed.
  • Then, submerge the spaghetti in the sauce.
  • Cook on low heat for five minutes.
  • Add spinach or other toppings of your choice.
  • Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
  • Once content with the flavor, transfer the dish to a plate to serve and enjoy!
