Ingredients

  • ½ Romaine lettuce
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • ¼ Mixed bell peppers (each)
  • ¼ Red onion (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Avocado
  • ½ cup Green olives (jalapeño-stuffed)
  • ¼ cup Sweetcorn
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese (optional)

Salad dressing

Instructions

  • Rinse and dice the ingredients using a knife.
  • Mix the lettuce, cucumber, coriander, parsley, red onion, mixed bell peppers, green olives, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and sweetcorn in a bowl.
  • Add the feta cheese in chunks.
  • Drizzle it with the salad dressing.
  • Stir the salad with tongs and serve!
