Instructions
Rinse and dice the ingredients using a knife.
Mix the lettuce, cucumber, coriander, parsley, red onion, mixed bell peppers, green olives, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and sweetcorn in a bowl.
Add the feta cheese in chunks.
Drizzle it with the salad dressing.
Stir the salad with tongs and serve!
