Ingredients

Pastry dough

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg (medium-sized)

  • Combine the dry ingredients.

  • Mix the butter and dry ingredients with your hands or a whisk until crumbly.
  • Incorporate the egg and evaporated milk and knead.

    Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with cling film.

    On a lightly floured, clean surface, place the chilled dough and divide it into two with a dough cutter.

  • Sprinkle some flour on the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to fit the bottom (26cm) and top (20 cm) of the pie pan.
