Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ¼ cup pasta sauce
  • ½ tsp olive oil (garlic-infused)
  • ¼ red onion (small-sized)
  • mixed jalapeño pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup roasted/ grilled chicken (diced)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix water, dry yeast, and sugar.
  • Set it aside to bloom.
  • In a separate bowl, sieve plain flour and sea salt.
  • Make a well in the middle.
  • Then, pour in the yeast mixture and oil.
  • Stir with a spatula until you form a dough. 
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes or until smooth.
  • Grease the pizza pan with oil.
  • Mold the pizza dough around the pan.
  • Brush the dough with garlic-infused oil.
  • Spread the pizza sauce on the dough.
  • Top the pizza with mozzarella cheese, red onion, sweet pepper, green jalapeno pepper, red jalapeno pepper, and chicken.
  • Cook it in a preheated oven at 220C for ten minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove it from heat, allow it to cool, and serve!
