  • Use a spiralizer or knife to get carrot strips.
  • Spread the strips on a lined tray.
  • Then, cover the tray with a food net cover. 
  • Dry it under the sun or in a dehydrator.
  • Transfer the dried carrots to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until powdery.
  • Filter the carrot powder with a sieve.
  • Finally, transfer contents into a container and store them!
