  • 2 wholemeal bread
  • ½ avocado (peeled and sliced)
  • 10 baby spinach (washed)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

  • Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 12 minutes.
  • Submerge it in a cold bath for easy peeling. You can also boil them in the air fryer, kettle, oven, instant pot, or rice cooker.
  • Wash the spinach over running water and allow it to dry for a few minutes.
  • Slice the avocado vertically until you can easily separate the two halves.
  • Remove the pit and peel the avocado flesh. Cut the avocado into pieces.

Assemble the sandwich.

  • Put a piece of bread on a plate.
  • Distribute the spinach on top and place the egg slices above it.
  • Then, arrange the avocado slices before spreading the mayonnaise or other sauces of your choice.
  • Place another piece of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
