Ingredients

  • 4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ apple and ginger juice

Instructions

  • Rinse the fruits.
  • Put them in a blender.
  • Then, pour in the apple ginger juice.
  • Blend them on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

  • Add apple ginger juice or other liquid products to make the berries easier to blend. 
  • You can also use a food processor to make the Berries Smoothie. 
  • Use frozen berries to make a cold smoothie drink.
