Pepper sauce
- 4 red bell pepper (red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, tomato plums, onion)
- 2 tomato plums (canned tomato plums)
- 3 scotch bonnet (small-sized)
- 1 onion (medium-sized)

- 18 pieces beef
- 12 pieces chicken
- 6 pieces tripe
- 6 pieces smoked turkey
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Cook the pepper sauce in the oil.
Season it with curry powder, mixed herbs, stock cubes, and liquid stock.
Reduce the heat and cook the sauce for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir it with a spatula at regular intervals.
Season with salt as needed.
Add in the smoked turkey and cook for three minutes.
Toss in the grilled beef, chicken, and stripe.
Cook them for five minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Serve the stew with your favorite side dishes!
