Ingredients

  • 3 cups almonds (raw)

Instructions

Prepare the almonds

  • Spread the almonds on a baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven at 120°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Leave the almonds to cool.

Make the almond butter

  • Add the almonds to the food processor. Blend until smooth and runny.
    Scrape down the sides with a spatula.
  • Continue blending until you get the right texture.
  • Transfer the butter into a jar and store it!

  • Baking the almonds helps release the oil faster when blending in the food processor.
  • You can roast the almonds in the oven, microwave, air fryer, or pan. 
  • Make the almond butter with a food processor, blender, or mortar and pestle.
