Hotdog Egg Avocado

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg (hard-boiled & sliced)
  • 1 hotdog (cooked & sliced)
  • 2 tsp sweetcorn
  • 3 slices jalapeno pepper
  • ½ avocado

Beef Avocado Lettuce

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • ½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp mayonnaise
  • romaine lettuce (1 leaf)
  • ½ cup grilled (roasted) beef left over
  • 3 slice cucumber
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 tsp sweetcorn
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 slices sweet peppers (mixed)
  • 2 sliced red onion
  • 3 slices jalapeno pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Hotdog Egg Avocado

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • ½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 hotdog (cooked & sliced)
  • 3 jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • 2 slices cucumber
  • 3 slices sweet peppers (mixed)
  • 2 tsp sweetcorn
  • romaine lettuce (1 leaf)

Instructions

Chicken Avocado Lettuce Breakfast Wrap

  • On one quadrant, spread the ketchup and mayonnaise.

  • Then, on the next quadrant, put the romaine lettuce and the grilled chicken, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and paprika.
  • Then, place the cucumber slices, tomatoes, sweet pepper, and sweetcorn.
  • On the last quadrant, put the avocado slices.
  • Lastly, drizzle some honey all over the fillings.
  • Fold the tortilla starting from the ketchup and mayonnaise until you form the wrap.

  • Put the mayonnaise on one quadrant, followed by the boiled eggs in the next quadrant.
