Oven (or dehydrator, or air fryer)
- 1 kg red grapes (360 grapes)
Remove the grapes from the steam.
Rinse them with cold water.
Use a knife to make a small slice of each grape.
Preheat the oven to 85°C for ten minutes.
Place a grill mesh mat over an oven rack.
Then, arrange the grapes on the mat.
Dehydrate them in the oven for six hours or until done.
For the first hour, open the oven every 20 minutes to release the steam.
Continue dehydrating until the grapes shrink.
Leave raisins to cool at room temperature.
Once done, serve the raisins in a bowl or store them for long-term use!
- Keep your grapes fresh and plump for the best results.
- Limit your raisin intake to about 40g per day.
- Note that this is not recommended for babies aged younger than 18 months old.
- The grapes usually take longer to dry if the weather is humid. Bring them inside before nighttime and place them under the sun in the morning.
