Ingredients

  • 4 lemons (large)
  • 4 ginger (large)

Instructions

  • Use a knife to peel and slice the lemons and ginger.
  • Insert the lemon slices into the slow juicer.
  • Pour about 1/2 tbsp lemon juice into each ice cube tray slot.
  • Freeze them for a few hours.
  • Juice the ginger slices.
  • Add the ginger juice on top of the frozen lemon juice.
  • Freeze.
  • Transfer the cubes into a resealable bag to store!

  • Buy fresh lemons and ginger. 
  • If you don’t have a slow juicer, use a blender, food processor, miller, or grater to juice or puree. 
  • Do not discard the lemon pulp and use it for cleaning or food recipes.
