  • 1 cup almonds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 5 tbsp raw honey
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • Prepare the almonds.
    Combine almonds and water and let it soak for a minimum of four hours. Drain the water.

  • Blend the ingredients.
    Put almonds in the blender and add filtered water, raw honey, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Blend them for about 2 minutes or until smooth.

    Filter it using a fine-mesh strainer. Set the pulp aside for other dishes or drinks. Meanwhile, pour the milk into a glass or store it in glass bottles and refrigerate.
