For the chicken

  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 pinch garam masala
  • 1 pinch coriander
  • 2 cubes chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • cup coconut milk
  • 1 onion (small-sized)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp oat flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt

for the spaghetti

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 5 cups water


Prepare the chicken.

  • Season the chicken chunks with mixed herbs, curry powder, all-purpose seasoning, ginger powder, coriander, chicken stock cube, cumin, white pepper, garam masala, and sea salt.
  • Cover the bowl or container with cling film and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. The longer you marinate, the tastier it will be.

Cook the curry.

  • Heat coconut oil to saute onions and garlic in a wok for 2 minutes. Toss in the seasoned chicken and stir fry it after 5 minutes. Season it with curry powder.
  • Add homemade coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate oat flour as an optional ingredient for thickness. Let it cook for 2 minutes and set it aside.

Cook the pasta.

  • Boil water in a pot and add coconut oil and sea salt.
  • Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain the water.

Coat the pasta with the sauce

  • Toss in the spaghetti with a chicken curry until well incorporated.
  • Let it simmer for 1 minute before serving.



  • Serve them separately or stir them together.
  • It is best to store the chicken curry and the spaghetti separately.
  • Use substitutes for the chicken for a vegetarian version.
