Sandwich Toast Egg and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • butter
  • A pinch garlic powder
  • A pinch onion powder
  • A pinch Knorr all-purpose seasoning
  • A pinch mixed herbs
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Use a buttering knife to spread butter on one side of the bread.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with garlic powder, onion powder, all-purpose seasoning, and mixed herbs with a whisk.
  • Grease the sandwich toaster with butter.
  • Brush the egg wash on the other side of the bread.
  • Place the bread on the toaster with the egg-washed side down.
  • Use a spoon to spread the egg mixture on the buttered side. 
  • Then, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Drizzle some of the egg wash with the cheese.
  • Place the top bread with the buttered side down.
  • Brush the edges of the bread with the egg wash. 
  • Let the dish cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Take them out with tongs, let them cool, and serve!

  • This sandwich recipe can also be pan-fried for at least 6 minutes on each side.
  • You can also use homemade bread to make this dish.
  • Use other cheese variants such as pepper jack and cheddar.
