- 4 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- A pinch garlic powder
- A pinch onion powder
- A pinch Knorr all-purpose seasoning
- A pinch mixed herbs
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
Use a buttering knife to spread butter on one side of the bread.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with garlic powder, onion powder, all-purpose seasoning, and mixed herbs with a whisk.
Grease the sandwich toaster with butter.
Brush the egg wash on the other side of the bread.
Place the bread on the toaster with the egg-washed side down.
Use a spoon to spread the egg mixture on the buttered side.
Then, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Drizzle some of the egg wash with the cheese.
Place the top bread with the buttered side down.
Brush the edges of the bread with the egg wash.
Let the dish cook for about 10 minutes.
Take them out with tongs, let them cool, and serve!
