  • Spread cocoa nibs on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them at 150°C for three minutes in a preheated oven.
  • Then, leave it to cool.
  • Transfer the baked cocoa nibs into a miller. 
  • Mill the roasted cocoa nibs on high speed.
