  • 6 plantains (ripe and firm)


  • Preheat the oven.
    Preheat the oven at 200°C or 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Rinse the plantains and slice off the stalk and the other end. Run your knife vertically on the plantain for easy peeling.
