- 280 g fresh strawberries
- 15 ml clear honey
- 300 g milk chocolate
- 45 ml coconut oil
Slice the strawberries using a knife.
Blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Then, add the honey, if desired.
Pour the strawberry puree into ice cream molds.
Let them freeze for at least four hours or overnight.
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Place a heat-resistant glass bowl on top of the pot.
Add the chocolates to the bowl.
Once the chocolate melts, pour in the coconut oil.
Mix everything with a spatula until smooth.
Pour the milk chocolate into a glass.
Then, take the ice cream out of the molds.
Coat the ice cream in melted milk chocolate.
Let the excess chocolate drip back into the glass.
Once the chocolate hardens, serve the ice cream bars!
