Mix the plain flour, sea salt, nutmeg, and sugar in a bowl.
Make a well at the center of the mixture.
Add the butter in the middle.
Then, massage everything together using clean hands.
Mix in the eggs and evaporated milk until you form a dough.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with cling film.
Put the dough in the fridge to proof for 30 minutes.
Use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough on a lightly floured or greased surface.
Place the hotdog on one end of the pastry and trim the excess pastry with a dough scraper.
Roll a single layer of dough around the hot dog.
Arrange the sausage rolls on a lined baking tray.
Apply egg wash to the egg rolls.
Preheat the oven to 170° C.
Bake sausage rolls for 25 minutes to 30 minutes or until done.
Let them cool and serve!
