- 500 g dried spaghetti
- 1 tsp coconut oil (or olive oil)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 5 cups water
Boil water in a pot over medium heat.
Add coconut oil.
Season it with sea salt.
Stir the mixture with a spatula.
Add in the spaghetti until submerged.
Spread the spaghetti evenly.
Cover and cook for ten minutes.
Separate the strands using a fork.
Cook for five more minutes.
Drain the pasta water into a bowl using a colander.
Serve the spaghetti on a plate and top it off with your favorite sauce or stew!
- If you can twirl the spaghetti with your fork, it needs to cook more.
