  • Prepare the ingredients.
    Peel and slice the carrot and banana.
  • Steam.
    Boil water in a pot and place the steaming basket inside. Steam-cook the carrot for 5 minutes and toss in the banana to cook for 2 more minutes. Let it cool at room temperature.
  • Blend.
    Combine the banana and carrot in a blender with a bit of water and blend them until smooth. Transfer the contents into the baby's bowl and serve!
