Medjool Date Paste (VIDEO)
Make organic date paste, one of the healthiest and tastiest natural sweeteners for your dishes and drinks!
Servings: 400 g
- 1 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup water (for soaking)
Soak the pitted dates in small glass bowls with hot water for 30 minutes or with cold water overnight.
Pour the dates and water into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
If you prefer a thicker consistency with an extended long shelf life, heat the paste in a pan over medium-low heat until it bubbles.
Stir the contents with a spatula. Set aside and leave to cool.
Transfer the cooled date paste to a sterilized airtight glass jar.
