Ingredients

  • 1 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup water (for soaking)

Instructions

  • Soak the pitted dates in small glass bowls with hot water for 30 minutes or with cold water overnight.

  • Pour the dates and water into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

  • If you prefer a thicker consistency with an extended long shelf life, heat the paste in a pan over medium-low heat until it bubbles.
